My name is Vincent Chukwudi matric number nou173057981, 300l peace studies and conflict resolution.I have a transfer issue. I started in Abuja model study center but in Port Harcourt right now, and i have taken the transfer letter i got from Abuja center to port Harcourt study center Ozuoba since February before the pandemic. Up till now my portal still haven’t changed and as a result of this i missed exams this semester, when i went for clearance i was told to go back to Abuja which was too late. Please what should i do? This semester’s registration is ending soon and i don’t have the time to go to Abuja again for another letter and i really want to participate in the next exam.
