National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) Students, Abeokuta Study Centre should follow the procedure stated below for their exam clearance.

All students are hereby informed that the 2020_1 Examination Clearance for both Pen on Paper and E-Examination shall be done electronically.
In view of this, students who have registered for examinations are expected to fill/complete the clearance form and scan to the study centre email address:- abeokutastudycentre@noun.edu.ng
Basic Perquisites for the clearance includes:
- Printed Clearance Form
- Printed RRR Payment Slip for 2020_1
- Printed Examination Registration Slip for 2020_1
- Printed E-Wallet Payment Details for 2020_1
Furthermore, you are expected to:
Convert all items listed in 1 – 4 above to PDF in one folder.
Rename the folder with your name and matriculation number e.g Alaba Talatu Ijeoma Nou111111111111.
Send the PDF folder to the study centre email address:-abeokutastudycentre@noun.edu.ng
Write boldly your valid email address and phone number at the top of the form.
Ensure all information supplied on the form are correct as these shall be subject to scrutiny and proper verification so at to enable approval of the clearance.
The submission shall commence from Friday 15th May 2020.
The exercise shall be for both Pen on Paper and E-Examinations.
Note that study centre clearance shall be done and also reverted to students electronically.
