How To Claim Refund Of Balance in E-wallet – NOUN Graduating Students
This is to inform all the National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Graduating Students that have funds in their e-wallet that they can get a refund of the money by providing the following documents below.
NOTE:- You can also use the money available in your portal for graduation clearance

NOUN REQUIREMENTS FOR CLAIM OF REFUND OF BALANCE IN E-WALLET
1. Letter of application for a refund, addressed to the Bursar, through
(endorsed by) the Study Centre Director
2 Attach:
i. Photocopy of Certificate
ii. Photocopy of duly signed clearance form at the Study Centre,
iii. Photocopies of clearance documents
iv. Photocopy of e-wallet balance, duly stamped and signed by the Study
Centre Accountant
v. Photocopies of RRR receipts (from 2017 to date)
vi. Deposit slips from 2017 to date)
what if the amount is not upto the stipulated amount for clearance e.g say i have 5000 in my e-wallet
Pay the difference in your wallet to make the actual amount.
I could not further, I have paid #50000 into my wallet , before I knew my course has been changed from public health to environmental health, please how can I retrieve my money? Thanks.

I generated rrr,i paid 20000 for my convocation fee but not reflecting,on my portal, don’t know what to do
no issue with that, just sumbit the RRR recipt at the centre
please I mistakenly generated rrr 4x due to error and the network clashes in February 2023,and load 1 one rrr on my portal but for safety and security and I load the rest on my portal now I have balance of 154000 on my portal and I have to settle bills and refund people money,am a final year students in first semester and right now I can’t leave the money there or wait till I obtain my certificate.please I beg you what can I do because right now people are on my neck requesting for their money please help me

please I have this same issue but I travelled for work for a month and a half so I can’t go to my study centre. Can I go to the study centre in where I am?

I have been on this for 13 months now.
sent several emails, opened several tickets! All the time reattaching the required documents and best I got was acknowledgement to a ticket and closing of tickets. several reminders using both new and existing mail trails but still no positive response. please what else can one do?
