NOUN ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Candidates seeking admission into B. Agric Soil and Land Resources Management in National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN), must possess the following requirements listed below:

ENTRY LEVEL (100 LEVEL)
COMPULSORY O-LEVEL REQUIREMENT
A minimum of 5 credits in O’levels. (SSSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB) which must include the following

DIRECT ENTRY MODE (200-LEVEL)
Candidates with the following qualifications are eligible for admission to 200-level;

Those that have satisfied the above minimum ‘O’ level conditions for admission, and in addition have a minimum of two passes at the General Certificate of Education Advanced Level or its equivalent in Agricultural Science, Biology, Botany, Chemistry, Economics, Mathematics, Zoology, English Language, Geography, Geology, Health Science and Physics.

Those that have satisfied the above minimum ‘O’ level conditions for admission, and in addition have obtained the National Diploma (ND) in Agricultural Economics and Extension, Animal Health and Production, Crop Science and Soil Science with a minimum of upper credit, are eligible for direct entry into the five-year course. The ND must be obtained from a School or College accredited by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) and recognized by the University.

Those that have satisfied the above minimum ‘O’ level conditions for admission, and in addition have obtained the Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) in Agric Science, Biology/Chemistry, Integrated Science/Biology and Integrated Science/Chemistry with a minimum of credit are eligible for direct entry into five-year course.
