NOUN Course Guide: EDU336 Post Teaching Practice Evaluation & Feedback

EDU336 Post Teaching Practice Evaluation and Feedback is a 300level core course for students of National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Faculty Of Education.

RECOMMENDED

EDU336 POST TEACHING PRACTICE EVALUATION AND FEEDBACK

The students are required to write a comprehensive report on his/her experience in TPI (EDU335). The typed report should be in Times New Roman 12 not more than 2 pages in 1.5 line spacing should include:

1. The Comprehensive and general report of TPI (EDU335) exercise
2. Challenges countered during the teaching practice 1,
3. Suggestions for improvement on your future teaching practice i.e TP2
Send originals or photocopies of all the lesson notes used during the teaching practice. This should include assessment questions given to the pupil’s/students (during and outside lessons) as well as marking guides used in making the assessments. The lesson note submitted should reflect supervisors comment and signature.

(Note: The student does not need to type out a new lessen note for submission. He should send the actual lesson note used during TP 1 i.e EDU335. This should be forwarded with the typed items 1-3 listed above).

The report should be submitted by the students to the Departments in the Faculty through the
Study Centre Director for:

i) evaluation,

(ii) feedback and

(ill) remediation.

The result of the overall process should be communicated to the students from the Departments /Faculty through The Centre Director.

Note: This course is not to be graded at the Study Centre, unlike any other TP. It is to be fully graded at the Faculty.
