This is to inform the Public that Consultancy Services Unit of Nasarawa State Polytechnic, Lafia has commenced the sale of Admission Forms into Diploma and Pre-Higher National Diploma (Pre-HND) for 2018/2019 Academic year.
Consequently, Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for Admission into Diploma and Pre-HND programmes.
How to Apply for Nasarawa State Poly Diploma & Pre-HND Admission Forms.
Application forms for Diploma and Pre-HND are obtainable at the cost of N3,000 and N4,000 respectively on payment into the polytechnic ZENITH BANK Account Number: 1010713375.
Applicants are to present evidence of payment at the Revenue Unit of the Consultancy Services Unit of the Polytechnic and obtain a receipt which will be taken to Academic Office to collect the Application Forms.
CLOSING DATE
Complete forms are to be returned to the Academic Office on or before Monday 20th June, 2019.
Returning students are to resume immediately as lectures have commenced since Thursday 2nd May, 2019.
Returning students are to note that they are to complete their registration on or before 10th June, 2019 as late registration will attract N5,000.00.
