The committee chairman also told our correspondent that, NOUN will support the state to achieve its mandate on education, saying they have take education to door steps of Nigerians.

“In every single state we have a centre.  As at now we have 78 centres and our target is to expand more until we reach all the 774 local government councils across the nation.”

Responding, the Emir of Damaturu, said he will welcome every thing that will move education forward in his emirate.  He pledges, that meeting with district heads and other traditional leaders will hold immediately to sensitize them.

The royal further stated clearly, that Boko Haram insurgency had brought a lot of set-backs in education sector and will not take any other chances.
