I have cross checked my rrr code over and over and over. And record is still not found. I can’t proceed with my admission process and time is no longer on my side. And my payment still isn’t reflecting. I payed in the bank, even got a receipt in my email.

Pls am new, I applied for the admission form yesterday after getting the RRR and proceeding to the bank to pay the stipulated amout, on getting home to check my RRR it was just displaying payment have not reflected…. Pls wat will I do?
Me to its really frustrating. National open university is really a tough school. Rrr code reply say wrong category, no positive response from remita etc i am choked.

Hmmm I apply for undergraduate and I made payment in bank on Tuesday coming back to log in my portal he saying wrong category. Am and old student of 2014 oh. I log in with my matriculation they say my name is not on the list that I should contact the admin I now decide to apply has a new student

I followed the undergrad form purchase process down to payment level. Made payment and came back to click “I’ve sent the money” but the system failed to confirm the payment despite that Remita had been credited and logged me off the NOUN site.
I tried getting back to the site, clicked on ‘continue after payment’, entered the Remita RRR but keep getting a ‘wrong RRR or no response from Remita’ message. What do I do, pls? I’ve sent a mail to NOUN, no response. Their customer care lines are not even working.

rrr not found has been an issue for me not to be able to continue with my registration
Me too! I’m just tired. After paying for the form at the bank, now I can’t complete the application.
what response are getting from the portal?
If I key in my RRR, the next thing is to select a department before I proceed and that’s where I get stuck because the departments ain’t there.

goto your study centre and meet the ICT.
They’ll restore your portal for you
