NOUN to Matriculate 13,820 Students at 21st Ceremony
About 13, 820 fresh students are set to matriculate at the 21st ceremony of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) slated to hold on Saturday, 23rd October 2021.
In a memo dated 5th October 2021 and signed by the Deputy Registrar (DR), Academic, Mr Oladipo Ajayi, on behalf of the Registrar, Mr Felix Edoka, the matriculation will be holding simultaneously across the 103 study centres of the university.
“The Vice-Chancellor on behalf of the Senate has directed that the 21st Matriculation Ceremony be held virtually on Saturday, 23rd October 2021 at 11 am, across all the Study Centres of the University,” the memo stated.
The virtual matriculation ceremony will serve as a platform to formally welcome all freshmen admitted into the university for the 2020/2021 (second semester) session.
The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Olufemi Peters, is expected to welcome the fresh students and matriculate them into the university.
